A Brief Change of Pace

I had the chance to see Obama and Richardson speak this morning and it was a tremendous experience! Obama is brilliant and America will be lucky if he manages to go all the way (despite the stacked odds against him).

I'll be back to politics on Monday. In the meantime, here's the second part of this mini-project (I may pick it up again later). It's titled...

Newsflash: Dick Cheney doesn't care about you! In other news, a dog bit a man today.

Still, I think, on this fifth anniversary of the filthy invasion, it's important we take a moment to remember what this war is really about.

Democrats are Chumps

Christ, another "No Hillary" comic. Hey, I'm tired of them too, but I find her campaign so frustrating! The nomination process is over, as far as I'm concerned.

Still, I will do my best to deviate topics like tomorrow or Monday. As long as I don't hear about anything from her campaign that completely sets me off (again).

HRC: Helping Republicans' Cause

Well, dammit. I was really hoping Clinton would be out of the race today, even though I knew it wasn't likely. But apparently, winning an extra 4 to 9 delegates constitutes a huge, gigantic, monumental, incredible, insurmountable, comeback! I hope those few delegates were worth all the negative campaigning. Sad when that kind behavior gets rewarded.

My Last Hillary Comic?

I sure as hell hope so. I've had this one tumbling around in my head for awhile now, so I thought I would post it in the unlikely case that Clinton concedes tomorrow.

America: Now 90% Free

I wrote this after reading several articles about 1 in every 100 American citizens being in prison. Somehow, this number changed in my head to 1 in 10. So this comic is a massive exaggeration.

Oh well, sometimes it seems like 10%.

Happy Super Tuesday!

My home state has no voting today and I'm not even a registered Democrat, so far be it from me to tell you which way to swing. But I have taken the liberty of posting unaltered photos of each candidate in an attempt to help you clarify your final decision.
Have fun tonight!

How the Rest of Us Feel

I haven't been around much this week due to another project I've gotten involved in. Actually, I'll be scaling back on this site to develop other projects in the coming weeks, though I will keep this site fresh with an update whenever I can get to it (At least a couple times a week).

Thanks for reading and have a good weekend!

The Pauliannas

I understand that Republicans are really desperate for somebody, anybody, to act as an honest leader, but if I never hear this guy's name again after the election, I won't be sad.

A change of heart?

I haven't been an Obama supporter but let's face it, he was fantastic last night. The Iowa Caucus was was exciting to watch and, after the gloominess of the last decade or so, I think we all deserve to be unabashedly giddy. Go America!

Happy New Year

Thanks to all who wrote in concerning the contest, but there can be only one winner. And his name is Nick. He liked this comic best. Vacation was nice, but it's back to the drawing board. I hope your holidays were as good as mine.
